You will need to purchase tickets for Chef’s Playground and Sundae Funday. You do not need tickets for Ice Cream All Weekend on April 2 & 3.

Ice Cream All Day & All Night will run from Saturday, March 26 to Saturday, April 9. To book, please contact the relevant West Village food retailer.

Yes. Please note that only 4 tickets can be reserved at a time. If you are attending with a larger group, we recommend having a friend or partner book the other tickets.

Adults won’t be charged for entry, but this event is targeted at our younger ice cream lovers. Find out the other ways we are celebrating ice cream as part of Brisbane Ice Cream Festival here. Please note, parents/caregivers will be required to provide supervision for their children at this event.

Each station of Sundae Funday will be manned. However, Parents or Caregivers will still be required to provide supervision of their children.

Unfortunately once tickets are sold out, no more will be released. You can still devour your favourite frosty food with West Village’s ice cream all day and all night specials or enter our competition to win FREE ice cream for a year! More information on both of these offerings can be found here.

Unfortunately, due to the layout and the number of guests attending the event, dogs will not be permitted. This decision has been made with the safety of the animals and everyone involved in mind.

West Village offers 450 dedicated retail parking spaces which are free for 2 hours. Access for these is via Mollison Street. The closest bus station to West Village is also just a 2 min walk away.
